- Performance Monitoring: Set sales targets and KPIs for the team, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience and drive sales initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Educational background in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the financial services or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
