We are currently looking for an Administration Officer to be the primary point of contact at our company, offering friendly and efficient service at the reception. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support across various departments, including managing reception duties, administrative tasks, financial processing, and office supply maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key tasks for this role include:
- Delivering exceptional reception services in person, over the phone, and via email to ensure quality customer service and timely query resolution.
- Providing timely administrative support, including financial processing, assisting with unit activities, managing correspondence, and organizing venue-related tasks.
- Assisting with filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed.
- Prioritizing daily workload by triaging incoming enquiries and requests from team members.
- Monitoring and restocking office supplies such as stationery and consumables.
- Managing our social media accounts by posting and engaging with our online community.
About you:
- No prior work experience required; graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and attentiveness.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and attention to detail abilities.
- Capacity to follow instructions and work independently.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as general computer skills.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese languages is a plus.
Full training will be provided, and we prefer full-time candidates, but part-time or casual applicants will also be considered.
