Ninety Plus Education is a renowned tuition center, conveniently located in the bustling neighborhoods of Chatswood, Burwood, and Bondi Junction. With a longstanding reputation for educational excellence, we specialize in preparing students from K-12 for a variety of exams such as the O.C test, selective test, scholarship test, NAPLAN, and more.

As our student community continues to thrive, we are actively seeking a passionate and experienced receptionist to join our dynamic team.

What do you need:
- Able to work full-time (~30 hours) in Bondi Junction or work part-time (~17 hours) in Chatswood branch
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent literacy and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Friendly, hardworking, organized, self-motivated, and possessing good interpersonal skills

What do you do:
- Recruit students and provide course consultations
- Manage courses, schedule classes, and handle tutoring fees
- Liaise with students, parents, and tutors
- Perform administrative duties such as office maintenance, stock management, filing, phone calls, and greeting clients
- Follow up on data and support marketing efforts
- Assist the branch manager in handling administrative matters

**职位要求：

- 熟练使用微软办公软件（MS Office）
- 待人友好、工作勤奋、条理清晰、积极主动，并具备良好的人际交往能力

**工作职责：
- 招生并提供课程咨询
- 管理课程、安排课表及处理辅导费用
- 协调学生、家长和导师之间的沟通
- 处理行政事务，包括办公室维护、库存管理、文件归档、接听电话及接待客户
- 跟进数据并协助市场推广工作
- 协助校区经理处理行政事务
