• The position is responsible for processing importation shipments by compiling, completing and verifying the necessary paperwork in accordance to company policy and procedure and government requirements
• Registration of import shipments
• Lodge sea cargo
• Monitoring invoice payments and releasing delivery orders
• Liaising with transport companies, clients and team members on a daily basis
• Conveying any special instructions to the respective transport provider in relation to specific shipments
