工作内容:
Cold and Warm销售电话；
协助客户进行初步咨询，了解他们的按揭需求、财务状况和目标；
与银行、信用合作社和其他贷款机构沟通，为客户找到合适的抵押选择；
收集借款人的个人及详细资料/资料；
跟进在贷款申请和审批过程；
及时了解当前的抵押贷款利率、产品和行业趋势，为客户提供明智的建议；
提供卓越的客户服务，建立和维护强大的客户关系，并通过鼓励推荐获得新业务；
建立联系网络，开发客户资源和数据库；
参加正在进行的培训，以提高对抵押产品、服务和最佳实践的认识。
