Tasks & Responsibilities
This role will focus on developing, automating, maintaining, and overseeing Business Intelligence, reporting, and data analysis processes. The goal is to provide insights and solutions that enhance business planning and decision-making, thereby improving financial and operational performance. Key responsibilities include:

1 Analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in Key Performance Indicators and Operational efficiency metrics to support business decisions and drive improvement initiatives.
2 Translating financial data into user-friendly dashboards and reports.
3 Building models to improve business efficiency and forecast trends.
4 Creating and maintaining commercial and financial solutions, as well as advanced Power BI dashboards, applications, and detailed reporting solutions to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
5 Extracting and transforming data from SQL, internal systems, websites, and Excel.
6 Collaborating with internal stakeholders at various levels to determine key business requirements and metrics to fulfill reporting needs.
7 Addressing data deficiencies and proposing solutions for improved data quality.
8 Training stakeholders on data analysis tools and best practices.
9 Ensuring data quality and integrity through governance policies.


Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a data analyst with demonstrated expertise in commercial and financial reporting.
Strong financial acumen, high analytical skills, and a solid understanding of business procedures.
Experience in developing and delivering advanced Power BI reports and dashboards.
Commercial experience in SQL and Python.
A Degree or Diploma in an IT-related field or equivalent.
