As a Structural Engineer, your duties will include:
Ensuring the timely and quality delivery of projects and structural engineering tasks in alignment with relevant technical and regulatory standards.
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including colleagues and senior business members.
Taking the lead on smaller projects.
Assisting senior engineers and project managers in delivering high-quality structural engineering solutions.
Demonstrating enthusiasm for working as part of a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary design environment.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
A strong passion for Structural Engineering and a commitment to excellence in design.
Experience working on large-scale building structures in Australia.
Experience in various building sectors, such as transportation, healthcare, commercial, and defense.
A proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues both within and across disciplines on projects.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in using software such as SPACEGASS, ETABS, RAPT, and RAM Concept.
Familiarity with BIM, NavisWorks, and Revit Structure is a plus.
