Position: Leasing Consultant

Location: Offices across various districts in Sydney
Salary: AUD 50k-60k base + superannuation, bonuses, and career review opportunities

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide professional leasing services to clients, including property inspections, lease agreement management, and follow-ups.
2. Maintain and grow client relationships while ensuring excellent customer service.
3. Assist with marketing campaigns and property listings to attract tenants.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth leasing processes.
5. Stay updated on local real estate trends and market conditions.

Requirements:
1. A valid driver’s licence and access to a car.
2. Hold a real estate certificate or be willing to obtain one.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
4. No prior experience required; training will be provided.
5. Motivated, organised, and willing to grow within the company.
