Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with at least 3 years in residential plastering who can oversee site operations, manage project timelines, ensure quality, and coordinate with both English and Chinese-speaking team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

	•	Oversee all aspects of residential plastering projects from start to finish.

	•	Coordinate with teams and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

	•	Communicate effectively with English and Chinese-speaking team members and clients.

	•	Conduct quality inspections to ensure high standards.

	•	Manage project documentation and report progress regularly.
