Responsibilities

General Site Management duties and participation in site coordination meetings Schedule works and manages site labourer.
Involve in façade design meetings and shop drawing coordination
Read and interpret plans and drawings to ensure construction work is completed accurately and according to plan specifications.
Work closely with the in-house drafting team to complete façade shop drawings at different stages of the project.
Plan and organise material procurement.

You will have

A minimum of 3 years experience in external solid aluminium and/or CFC claddings
A hands-on trade background in external cladding.
Knowledge of various façade systems, cladding materials and framing systems (i.e. Aluminium, FC, CFC or similar) relevant to our trade
Demonstrate strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain relationships between different stakeholders.
Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, & Excel) and different project management systems (E.g. Hammertech, Aconex, ProCore, Simpel )
Willingness to learn.
Current Drivers Licence
Construction White Card
Must be legal to work in Australia
