Due to rapid growth and in line with our global expansion,we are seeking an Administration and Finance Officer to join our vibrant teamin Melbourne.

Job Description
This is a newly created role where you will be responsiblefor the day-to-day finance functions within the organisation and coordinationof the smooth running of the office. You will make this role your own and bringa new way and improvement to the management of finances and the office. Thisrole will be responsible for accounts, payroll, HR, admin and compliance. Whileit is a big role wearing many hats, support will be provided as required so youare successful and so you maintain a healthy work life balance.
Accounts – Accounts payable, maintenance of financialaccounts, general banking and reconciliations of purchase orders.
Payroll – Payroll for all staff, timesheetmanagement, Award interpretation, maintenance of staff personnel records andassisting with staff annual performance reports and salary reviews. Develop andmanage the worker’s compensation process, monitor that all safety processes arebeing followed and documented.
Admin – Take responsibility for document control,keep track of services and supplier agreements, manage business matters asrequired, support the Managing Director.
Regulatory bodies – Monitor of processes and workwith the Managing Director to ensure compliance is achieved.

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

·聽 聽聽 聽聽聽Accounting degree is essential
·聽 聽聽 聽聽聽Advanced Excel and outstanding Microsoft Officeskills
·聽 聽聽 聽聽聽Experience with tax compliance
·聽 聽聽 聽聽聽Thorough knowledge and understanding ofcloud-based accounting software, ideally MYOB Advanced or equivalent
·聽 聽聽 聽聽聽Experience with accounts payable, accountsreceivable, payroll, inventory/stock
·聽 聽聽 聽聽聽High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
·聽 聽聽 聽聽聽Be resilient, flexible and be able to solveproblem
·聽 聽聽 聽聽聽Mandarin and English speaking preferred
