About The Job
As a graduate in our real estate group, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of property assets and will learn advanced property fundamentals from a passionate team with backgrounds in property development, valuations, sales and marketing, property law, contract administration, funds management, and investment banking. While no two days will be the same, you can expect to:
• Assist with pre-construction, procurement and design management.
• Engage and establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and liaise with all third-party interests.
• Obtaining and reviewing quotes form sub-contractors.
• Coordinating meetings, minute taking, and document preparation.
• Analysing real-estate market data and formatting reports.
• Review construction and engineering drawings.
• Liaising regularly with Architects and Engineers - particularly in the design stages.
• Coordinating council approvals, subdivisions & titles.
• Completing take-offs of construction drawings.
• Create job folders for new projects and accurately maintain the project management system.
• Work closely with senior project managers and contractors, assisting with any other relevant tasks when required, such as recording and drafting project reports.

· 审核建筑与工程设计图纸；
· 与建筑设计师及工程师沟通项目设计需求；
· 协助规划批文，土地分割，以及各项许可证的申请；
· 为建筑预算以及材料订购进行图纸丈量；
· 建立并分类归纳新的项目文件夹，保持项目管理文件的更新；
· 密切协助项目经理与各合同方的日常相关工作，例如记录并撰写项目报告。

Requirements For The Role：
· Bachelor degree in Property/Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
· Great work ethic and positive attitude.
· Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project as well as experience with various industry standard contract forms, experience in using relative architectural software are preferred (such as AutoCAD and SketchUp).
· Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, both written and verbal, able to work within a team environment and ability to build strong relationships.
· Excellent administrative and data entry skills with the ability to judge priorities and deadlines.
· Valuing accountability and has great attention to details.
· Adaptable to new technologies and changing business needs with a willingness to learn new skills.
· Industry experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
· Own a valid Australian Drivers License and a car.
