We are looking for a nice clean girl with good personality with the same background (chinese or cantonese) as housemate.
I hope you are someone who does not smoke and drink. You dont do drugs. No partying allowed. No pets. Couples not allowed.

You will get an spacious bedroom with built in wardrobe with individual bathroom and toilet. Room faces north which will be cooler in summer and warmer in winter with great mountain view out the bedroom window.The kitchen and Living space will be shared with the owner and her partner. There is parking on the road side. Close to shops and schools with only 4 mins bus ride to the university of southern queensland.

Bill and Internet included in the rent. Room available early to mid December. Rent is $280 per week and paid one month in advance.
minimum 6 month lease is required with an upfront bond of $560.

Ideally the first month will be trial month where you and me as the owner get to know each other and see if we both like each other as housemate.
If after the first trial month either of us dont feel happy, either party has the right to withdraw from the lease can request to withdraw the lease and the bond will be returned back.
