It's a 2-minute walk from the southern cross station, coles & a plethora of shops, cafes, restaurants, & bars. Just 10 minutes walk to flinders street and Melbourne central. On the property, you will have full use of 2 pools, 2 gyms, a sauna, cinema, office, library, climbing wall & a very large 5th-floor open garden area with multiple BBQs.

Right outside the number 86/96 tram will take you to most parts of the city. We are also in the free tram zone, so nothing is too far away.
