Complain about rude staff and unsatisfied service of Da Jian Chen restaurant Burwood store We want formally complain about the unsatisfied service and bad attitude of staff at Da Jian Chen (ice cream egg cake store) in Burwood Chinese market. Inpatient voice and no smile by a male staff who wear glasses. This afternoon we bought a waffle with ice cream in that store and waiting outside for it. When I came to the counter and asked if it’s ready or not that man who working there with a glasses said I called no.34 repeatedly with inpatient voice and no smiling. Raised voice and shouting to lady and child and not help customer. the baby stated to eat and ice cream fall out from the waffle entirely with careless and accidentally, I asked that male stuff whose wearing a glasses could I use the tissue from the counter cause baby was crying loudly at that time. Once I got the tissue and then put it on the ground and started to wipe for kid, that man suddenly raised his and shouted don’t put the tissue box on the ground with very loud and mean voice. After awhile I gave it back to the counter and wondered why you being so angry with us impatient and fierce?! He said no he didn’t !but I could absolutely got what the real attitude was : mean and unfriendly and no smiling all the time even argued with me ! I want apolopy from the store and the staff. It is even better to sack the staff as his service would decrease your sales.
