This is a dynamic construction company mainly dealing with tier 2 builders and offering professional Commercial & Residential construction services to clients.
About the role
Reporting to the Director and General Manager, the main responsibilities of this role include, but not limited to:
• Understand technical drawings and measure quantities accordingly.
• Prepare construction budgets for projects.
• Obtain quotes from suppliers.
• Analyse labor, materials and time requirements for projects.
• Review customer requirements and prepare sample forms.
The Applicant
The ideal candidate will have the following：
• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is desirable but not essential
• Approachable with strong organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good team player and a “can do” attitude.
