About the business and the role Real Estate Logic is a research-based consulting firm, providing effective solutions to the major issues in the real estate industry, e.g. buying, selling, investment, development for residential or commercial properties . We specialise in managing transactions over $10M. Our mission is both simple and complex: we exist to help clients achieve their real estate goals through research, analysis and strategy execution.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Due to the expansion of the business, we are currently looking for a passionate Executive Assistant to Director. The key tasks and responsibilities include:

1. Provide confidential executive assistance whilst demonstrating a thorough understanding of the Office and the key roles and responsibilities.
2. Ensure diaries are efficiently managed, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, booking rooms and organising catering as required.
3. Marketing material production using photo processing software, PDF, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
4. Organise travel arrangements, including bookings and preparation of detailed itineraries.
5. To assist in the delivery of projects within the Office as required.
6. Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
7. Booking keeping and manage office accounts.


Candidate with entrepreneurial spirit is preferred.



Skills and experience requirement:

1. A genuine attitude and honest presence is essential.
2. Demonstrated experience managing an office supporting executives in a complex environment.
3. Certificate IV or Diploma of Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications in accounting or marketing.
4. Advanced computer skills and in depth knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, etc.
5. Well-developed verbal and written communication, including writing of agendas, minutes and correspondence.
6. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
7. A focus on details with strong time management skills.
8. The ability to exercise sound judgment and resolve issues independently.
