新零售项目负责人

岗位职责：

制定整体营运计划，并负责组织实施与监控，确保整体经营目标的达成
组建项目运营团队，组织、协调各项资源
参与货物采购、仓储管理以及配送管理等工作，保证各项工作高效运转
积极开拓、发展并规范运营市场客户
任职要求

3年以上新零售、电子商务等相关工作经验，熟悉零售运作流程
有团队管理经验，具备商业洞察力，战略思维能力，领导力及业务创新能力
尽职尽责，热爱工作，能够接受一定的工作压力和强度
稳定长期工作
有大型仓库、超市仓储管理，物流配送管理经验者优先

Project Manager

Responsibility

Responsible for the preparatory work of the project, including setting up warehouse, applying certificate and license, etc.
Formulate an overall business plan, and be responsible for organizing implementation and
monitoring to ensure the achievement of overall business objectives
Establish project operation team, organize and coordinate resources
Participate in procurement, warehouse management and distribution management to ensure efficient operation of the work
Implementation and improvement of regulations, standards and procedures
Actively explore and develop market customers

Requirements

3 or more years of relative work experience
Experience in team management
Ideal candidate with business insight, strategic thinking, leadership, and creativity
Outstanding communication and interpersonal ability
Experience in large warehouses, supermarkets warehousing management, logistics distribution management is preferred
