CAFE FADUCCI 咖啡店招聘 Barista

We are looking for someone to join our team who is an experienced Barista and has worked in the past 3 years behind a coffee machine and can work at a fast pace during peak times, while maintaining the quality in each coffee served.

The ideal candidate will need to be friendly, well spoken and with a positive attitude at all times, as well as have a strong work ethic.

The successful applicant MUST have the following

- Knowledge of coffee
- Be willing to learn and adjust there current skills to match the expectation of The cafe standards in coffee
- Maintain high standards in quality of coffee under pressure
- be available to work weekends (both days) and some week days
- be experienced with high volume coffee
- have knowledge and understand how to dial in and adjust grinders regularly during service
- good basic latte art a must and be proficient in free pour and demonstrate milk control
- speak English clearly and fluently
- And one last thing... passionate about coffee
