招仓务助理 Warehouse stock receive and dispatch assistant

We are seeking a motivated and energetic person for an extremely busy Warehouse team.

Location: West Melbourne
Full time basis: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 3:30am
On-site parking is available

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
• Follow instructions from Warehouse management
• Order delivery
• Transport and warehouse timeslot booking
• Loading and wrapping pallets
• Receipt of inwards goods & Dispatch of outwards goods, including:
> Checking against orders (pallet property)
> Check and record Batch no. & Best Before Dates
• Sorting pallets if mixed
• Process warehouse paperwork and general computer data entry as required

To be successful for this position you are likely to have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
• MUST be Australian citizen or PR
• Hold a current Victoria Drivers Licence
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise conflicting demands/daily tasks
• Effective communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work within a small proactive team
• A positive, can-do attitude, willingness to do overtime when needed
• Be fit with the ability to do physical work
• Must be flexible with duties
