Your Responsibilities will include:
· Handling day-to-day operations and incoming calls with aim to generate leads.
· Roll up your sleeves and assist the sales consultants to process & dispatch orders, follow-up payments and interact directly with customers.
· Deal with highly competitive, market leading Solar products.
· Be a naturally awesome SERVICE-extraordinaire by following a sales framework.
· Provide great customer experience to obtain quality sales outcomes.


To be Successful in this role, you will require the following:
· Hunger to improve everyday.
· No solar experience - no problem! Great training provided.
· At least 1 year in a similar sales assistant role.
· Microsoft office proficient.
· Excellent communication skills and great phone manner.
· Ability to work as part of a team and have strong work ethics.
· Results driven, positive and highly motivated for reward and recognition.
· A commitment to quality and compliance.
