Full-Time E-commerce Manager（客户服务和网站维护）。 主要负责公司客户服务和 网站的产品更新，维护，销售和售后服务等。应聘者需熟悉制作公司宣传（短文）到微信，Facebook and instamgram。要有网站维护操作经验，工作细心，负责。需要流利英文，普通话，如会广东话更佳。需要有澳洲工作许可。详细描述如下，

Ideally, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
• Great people skills
• Customer service /sales experience essential
• A willingness to learn
• Basic Website Design, Photo processing, Socialmedia or relevant experience is preferable
• A patient, friendly and helpful manner
• Someone who is self-motivated and charismatic
• Someone with high attention to details• Fluent English, Chinesespeaking, writing skills; mandarin is essential, but Cantonese is a bonus.

Duties include:
• Taking photos and list items to the system andwebsite.
• Processing of Phone， Email & Web Orders
• Follow up of customer inquiries &orders
• Taking & confirming payment of orders
• Picking & packing orders for collection& mail delivery• Writingposts on wechat，WhatApp, Facebook, andInstagram.
• Liaising with customers for ordercollection
