Requirements
Applicants are required to:
be admitted to practice in Australia and have a completed tertiary legal qualification such as a LLB.
have a minimum of 2+ years PQE gained in either litigation or commercial or both
be competent in running and managing own cases with a high level of organisational and time management skills
have excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
have a high level of attention to details and technical excellence
demonstrate ability in critical thinking and problem-solving skills
be capable of managing and conduct multiple tasks with competing priorities
complete tasks with minimum supervision
have broad and in-depth skills with Microsoft Office Suites in particular, Outlook and Word, and experience and knowledge in Excel and Team would be desirable
Further to the above requirements, the following attributes of the applicants are preferred:
Experience and knowledge in LEAP software
Experience and knowledge in HubSpot
Having own client base or marketing abilities
Written and verbal capabilities in communicating in the Chinese language
Having advocacy experiences or advocacy courses completed
willingness to work and travel from time to time as the cases may require
