Ideal barn door is looking for friendly, enthusiastic and motivated all-rounder for day to day business operations and sales.
Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential. You will be responsible for providing high-end exceptional customer service to our customers through various service channels and executing our daily business operations and administration activities.

About you:
You are an all-rounder who loves a role with variety.
You must be a strong communicator; both verbally and in writing.
You must have excellent computer literacy skills. MS Office, Email, and other various technologies.
You are comfortable working on your own and as part of a small team.
You have experience with and are comfortable with managing multiple tasks simultaneously to achieve excellent outcomes.
You are willing to collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience and day to day operations of the business.
You can retrieve and pack stock for customer orders where required – PLEASE NOTE: boxes can be 12-14kgs so you must be able to safely lift and pack (Trolleys and safe equipment provided).
You must be able to have great product knowledge and willing to learn about our range of products.
You are customer focused and take every opportunity to enhance the customer experience.
You can sell and promote the product and company brand effortlessly.
You are a problem solver who can think on their feet.
You can work efficiently to achieve your goals and complete tasks without compromising on quality.
You are comfortable with working autonomously and making the most of every hour of the day.
You are willing to learn and love new experiences and challenges.
