GMH Group, based in Clayton Southin Melbourne’s South-Eastern suburbs, are an Australian operated import and exportof premium nutritional and baby formula products.
About the role
In this position, GMH Group are seeking a proactive,hands-on and innovative Brand Manager to join the team. Reporting to theMarketing Manager.
Key responsibilities
· Manage GMH’s relationship with assigned customer(s),orchestrating the dialogue between the customer and GMH and establishing an effectiveworking model with the customer
· Maintain sales volume and market share, product mixand selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trendseconomic indicators and competitors
· Contributeto the management of the long-term brand strategy and marketing plans. Include:market analysis and sales analysis
· Support customer with business developing plans and budgets(utilizing the GMH organization)
· Pro-actively propose GMH solutions and services thatwill improve the customer’s business and operations and improvethe sales volume
· Anability to implement multiple initiatives within a defined framework, whilstalso bringing your own flair and creativity to the role
About You
· 3+ years B2B or B2C marketing experience
· Demonstrated success in the end to end management ofmultiple marketing projects from plan to launch in a fast-paced environment
· Support the sales teams and clients with tools andmessages to better sell our suite of products
· Proficiency in data interpretation to informdecisions, initiatives and marketing messages
· Fine-tuned organisational and prioritisation skills
· Proactive nature with excellent attention to detailskills
· Project and budget management experience
