Property Management:
Main Responsibilities
Conducting home opening and inspections
Organizing advertisement campaign to attract both new listings and tenants.
New listing prospecting.
Managing and maintaining new tenant packs.
Managing property leasing procedures.
Managing owner and tenant enquiries, and matching them with available resources.
Providing excellent and knowledgeable customer service for the local area.
Helping out with other property management tasks as your job grows.
To be suitable you must possess:
At least 1 year Property Management experiences. (Essential)
At least 1 year Sales or Marketing experiences. (Highly Desirable)
Strong Communication skills (both verbal and written)
Bilingual skills Mandarin and English (High Proficiency) (Essential)
An up to date Certificate of Agent representation
Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to establish rapport with a broad range of people
High level of initiative
Ability to meet targets
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
Immaculate presentation
Good Problem-solving ability
Assistant Property Manager
Duties
Independent management of a portfolio of 80-120 properties.
Tenant and landlord liaison.
Maintenance of rent roll and tenant’s information.
Answering enquiries and property information.
Managing open for inspections and tenancy applications.
Leasing advertisements / Lease re-newels.
General Administration
Conducting outgoing and routine inspections in relation to compliance.
Organizing maintenance requests and follow-up
Requirements:
Minimal 0.5 years’ experience in property management.
Mandarin and English Skills Essential
Current Real Estate Registration Certificate
Intermediary understanding of The Residential Tenancies Act
Excellent Time Management
Immaculate Presentation
Knowledge & Good Understanding of All Aspects of Property Management
An Eye for Detail
Current Drivers license and a Reliable car
Able to use property tree or similar property management software
