【Property Manager】
Property Management Strategy Component
• Assist in planning, strategizing and implementation of Real Estate property management strategy and system at large.
• Review current existing systems and delivery of plans for modifications or improvements.
• Assist in developing a clear objective for both the team and the branch office members.
• Assist in developing property management system for branch offices.
• Provision of strategic advises on property and real estate matters, and facilitate internal services to ensure optimal management of Auspacific.
• Development of optimal structure and processes for Property management department in order for them to achieve higher service rates.
Training Component
• Provision of training seminar and material in relation to property management.
• Training of potential consultant in rental as well as other real estate related techniques that would aid rental.
• Provision of other trainings and skill developments in areas other than getting rental listings (e.g. Customer services, managing client expectation), which needs to be a part of the employee’s capabilities.
Departmental Targets components
• Development of efficient property management team.
• Able to reach departmental targets on an annual base.
• Be able to step into any property management roles if the needs requires.
• Efficient management of the team, able to motivate member to achieve targets.
• Able to diffuse tension within the team, be fair in treating members.
• Developing potential new leaders, and assist HR department in developing employee career growth plan.
【IT Project Manager】
• Tertiary qualifications in business and/or IT or related area, with minimum 3 years’ experience in project management or an equivalent combination of experience
• Strong IT project management experiences, preferably in the Fintech / real estate industries, with intermediate understanding of HTML5 (necessary), Java, Visual Basic, and JavaScript and common project management system such as Teambition etc.
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise and communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, individuals and groups.
• Demonstrated time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, set priorities and operate both independently and in a team environment within the resources available.
• Excellent administrative skills, particularly with respect to accuracy and detail.
• High level of self-motivation, initiative and problem-solving.
• Deal tactfully with requests for assistance and advice.
• Mandarin speaking would be an advantage
