现因公司发展需要，招聘澳纽投资集团室内设计实习生 Interior design Intern；

OZ Design Build is a young and unique team committed to provide Australian homeowners quality and award-winning living solutions from concept to completion. We are seeking a full-time dynamic, self-motivated, and diligent individual who is passionate about design of renovation and new built homes, who excels in customer service and possesses the skills to develop long term relationships with clients and that can grow within our company.

This position is for someone who can create functional, aspirational homes and has a great deal of experience to generate design ideas to entice buyers. You can see the potential in every property that you walk into and are able to use your talent to enhance feature with style. It gives you experience in specifying materials and finishes and confidence in assisting clients renovate or build their home.

Your Responsibilities and skills:
• Carry out client discussion appointments and guide customers through the design specification and colour options
• Conduct design consultations at the showroom, at client homes and onsite
• Provide high level of advice to clients on all aspects of interiors
• Ensure that all selections are recorded accurately and fully, and that the customer signs to indicate their agreement
• Develop and present design recommendations to clients
• Produce and deliver design presentations as well as providing pricing, and product information in a timely manner
• Source and purchase products for clients from national and international suppliers
• Follow up on all commitments/selections to the customer within agreed time frames to ensure that selections are finalised at the earliest possible time
• The ability to stage and style properties from photos and/or floorplans
• Articulate, sales driven person who is hard working and self-motivated
• Confident in liaising and building a strong relationship with clients and agents.
• Maintain a high standard of presentation, have a professional attitude and demeanor Possess an exceptional work ethic

The successful candidate will have:
• Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor in Interior Design;
• Previous experience in a similar role / Suitable demonstrated experience;
• Availability to work outside of regular business hours and ability to work on weekends;
• Proficient in MS office, Photo Shop and or InDesign
• Knowledgeable in at lease Sketch up, Auto Cad or Rev-it
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Current NSW driver’s licence
• Australian permanent resident
