THE POSITION 招聘岗位

As RATIONALE continues to deliver Luminous Skin for Life to even more Clients, we are looking for skilled and passionate Mandarin speaking Skin Therapists to join our Teams across our exclusive NSW and VIC Flagship Clinics (Sydney CBD, Woollahra, Mosman, Balmain, Toorak, Emporium, Armadale, Canterbury and Doncaster)

As a RATIONALE Skin Therapist, you are practised in delivering the nest customer service experience and achieving exemplary sales results. You are comfortable performing back-to-back Treatments on our busiest days, whilst providing bespoke and exceptional Skin Consultations. Whether it’s performing our signature CDP (Consult, Diagnose, Prescribe) or our first-class Treatments, you can do it all with confidence and making our Clients feel amazing along the way. Through consistent training, you will have a complete understanding of RATIONALE’s formulations and proven efficacy and be able to support ongoing Clinic performance with Client re-engagement. To ensure our luxurious Clinics are kept looking as good as we make our Clients' feel, you will positively contribute to the daily operations of the Clinic as required.

You are a positive and energetic self-starter with an unwavering passion for skincare. With a degree in Beauty Therapy (or similar) and in-Clinic/retail experience, you demonstrate a commitment to creating long-term treatment plans and delivering optimal skin results for your Clients.

Your energetic nature thrives in a team environment, contributing to our motivated and supportive team dynamics. You are able to provide empathetic, memorable and authentic Client interactions that ensure our Clients leave our RATIONALE Clinics looking and feeling their absolute best—every time. As a true professional in your field, you have strong interpersonal skills, excellent time management and organisation skills, and enjoy an agile and innovative working environment.
