Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline
- Similar experience within the financial services industry
- At least 2 years' experience in product management or financial services with good knowledge of banking and/or lending products
- Understanding of technology, digital distribution channel and fintech is a plus
- Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment with competing priorities, across multiple teams/stakeholders to deliver timely outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, collaborative attitude with ability and desire to develop long term positive relationships
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to identify and implement fit-for-purpose solutions
- High attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Disclosure drafting experience is a plus
- Proven ability to work effectively within a highly legislated/governed environment

Job descriptions:
- Overall development, implementation and ongoing administration of banking products in the lending portfolio with a view to ensuring achievements of peoduct targets
- Identifying industry and customer trends through data analysis, customer segmentation and marketing intelligence
- Creating, testing and reviewing product developement process and enhance product functionalities
- Identifying and managing risk issues relating to products and ensure they are compliant with revelant legislations
- Optimising product range and drive growth in order to deliver revenue targets
- Coordinate and communicate with revelant stakeholders within the bank throughout the product development process and any change management
- Providing training and guidance to sales and operations staff, as required
