Main Responsibilities:
Effective management of all contractors and ensuring work is carried out to a high standard
Ensuring by-law compliance and all building procedures are maintained
Managing day to day operations of all our residential buildings
Liaising with Owner, Executive Committee members and Service providers
Control of budgets and forecasting for all preventive and reactive maintenance
Internal and external stakeholder management
Creating and presenting monthly reports
Attending scheduled Committee Meetings and Annual General Meetings
Required Skills:
Sound knowledge of Strata Schemes and Statutory Legislation including WHS
Prior experience in the property or building sector with a focus on customer service
The ability to negotiate and solve complex problems
Professional presentation with excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Excellent attention to details
Strong team player
