Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate courteously with customers via telephone, email,
• Greet and serve walk-in customers and perform other reception duties.
• Provide a pricing quote to customers and contacting them to explain the pricing;
• Update customers on the current status of their services;
• Contacting customers for payment;
• Investigate and resolve customers' issues and complaints;
• Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
• Assist store employees with customer enquiries and complaints;

Requirements:

• Warm, friendly, and a passion for customer service;
• Strong communication skills
• Enjoy talking to people and building relationships with customers;
• Understand customers' needs and enjoy connecting them with the right products and services;
• At least 6 months of customer service experience;
• Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while multitasking in a fast paced working environment;
• Good written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interact with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds (Chinese speaking is preferred but not necessary);
• A valid Australian visa with the right to work full-time.
