Position:Senior/Junior Sales
Description
Responsible for exploring new business opportunities, manage and coordinate the market and feasibility studies in Transportation segment. Contact relevant parties to seek possible business development opportunities.
Responsibilities
· Develop industry customers with existing product offering, new productsor customer specials in Transportation segment
· Manage sales in penetrating and maintain key accounts/projects in Transportation segment to increase the market share
· Provide trainings to sales people and participate in seminars to customers, on applications for the Transportation segment
· Organize win case sharing from the Transportation Market, prospect forpotential new clients from such market to ensure a robust pipeline ofopportunities
· Assist in marketing/segmental research, work out market segment strategies to achieve and exceed sales target, increase market share in Transportation segment
· Gain knowledge in Transportation market trends, regulations and users’preferences, understand competitive offerings, and contribute to the visions for new product development
· Coordinate with new product development team in assessing new productpotential, target accounts & field feedbacks in Transportation segment
· Support; coordinate with planning and engineering and other departmentin providing customized solutions for Transportation customers
· Provide analysis reports to support the Transportation market
· Other tasks assigned by the company
Qualificationand Requirements
· Position requires Bachelors’ degree or above, in any engineering/marketingdiscipline.
· At least 2-year in Sales or BD experience. Related to Transportationindustry and strong marketing mind set is a plus.
· Working experience in multinational company is preferred
· Highly energetic, mature, pleasant personality and honest character,aggressive pursuit, positive thinker
· Must be self-motivated, self-sufficient, yet work well in a teamatmosphere.
· Must have the ability to manage multiple and competing tasks/priorities.
· Strong sense of market development & business insight
· Extensive travel is required
Skills
· Language fluency in both English and Mandarin.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational, negotiation and persuasive skills.
· Strong customer facing skills.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
