Cornerstone Building & Construction (CBC) is one of the fastest growing building construction companies in Victoria. We are now looking for responsible Project Assistants to perform a variety of tasks/paper works in the delivery of construction projects. Cornerstone Building & Construction (CBC) 作为ACME Group旗下一家本土经验丰富的建筑与工程公司，承建集团公司自主开发项目及委托建筑项目。

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working with professional teammates in a construction/project development company.

公司现正在寻找工程项目助理实习生，申请者可以在实习结束时拿到实习证明和推荐信，公司也可辅助完成PY实习期要求，表现非常优异也有机会转正

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
-Assist the Project Director and Project Manager in the delivery of projects
-Assist in the preparation of project/construction management related paper works
-Liaise with consultants (architect, engineer, building surveyor etc.), tradies and suppliers if necessary

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
-Proficient in all MS office packages (Strong Excel skills preferred)
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Knowledge of office equipment, management systems and procedures
