ConnectX, leads the marketing industry when it comes to integrated branding services assisting in bridging the Australian, New Zealand and Chinese market. We are solution-driven marketing experts that utilise a broad range of media, research and trading channels to underpin success upon delivery for our clients. Partnering with Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba, we have established Australia-New Zealand Buyers Association (ANBA) to provide ANZ brands a simple, low-risk and low-cost solution to open new sales channels, enter China market and build a brand presence. ANBA is an independently-operated ecosystem of Australian and New Zealand brands, buyers(Taobao Global Merchants and Wechat Daigou) and distributors.

由于公司需要推行一个美食评论以及邀吃平台的项目，需要一名有经验有想法并具备领导力的产品经理及项目经理。
工作职责：

1、负责产品的用户需求获取，需求分析，产品设计，产品需求文档(PRD) 编写，推动产品上线；

2、负责产品的用户行为数据监控与分析，发现产品迭代及产品创新机会，不断改进产品；

3、定期主导市场研究及竞品分析，开展定性定量用户研究；


任职要求：

1. 具有2年以上产品策划或设计工作经验以及带团队的经验；

2. 对产品的体验和设计，有着极致的追求；对产品有深刻理解，有互联网产品的设计、规划和运营的工作经验；

3. 对用户的体验模型善于总结和归纳，有很强的感性认知能力和理性分析能力；能挖掘用户痛点，提出产品亮点，卖点；

4. 具备熟练的数据分析能力，具备优秀的组织协调力；

5. 出色的表达、沟通、问题分析、随机应变等综合能力，文档写作和产品原型表现能力，想象力丰富，有创意、有激情，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；

6.双语背景：英语和中文，在澳居住两年以上

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Requirements:
• Bilingual background, both English and Mandarin.
• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
