职位描述：
Meet and greet visitors
Answering all phone calls and distributing messages
General admin duties i.e. Filing, postage, emails etc.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Intermediate data entry (MYOB/XERO knowledge & experience is a MUST)

职位要求：
Bachelor degree or above in Australia
Relevant working experience is preferable
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office
Graduated in Accounting major is preferable
Excellent English verbal and communication skills
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
Have a good knowledge of accountants’ office ledger and practice manager software i.e. MYOB and XERO or similar

其他信息：
Qualified Working Visa is required, PR is preferable
Work place: Dandenong South
Three-month probation period, great performers can be converted to full-time employees in advance
