Your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Answer incoming calls, determine the purpose of the call, and forward calls appropriately
- Handle customer inquiries and greet clients professionally
- Ability to prepare, review and analyze documents
- Perform basic clerical and administrative duties, such as managing office supplies stock and placing orders, collecting, data entry, sorting, distributing and preparing correspondence, messages and courier deliveries, key management as well as filing and photocopying
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and events
- Perform other duties as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager or Management Team
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (native preferred)
- Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
- Proven experience as Office Administrator preferably within Professional Services Industry
- Friendly and professional telephone manner with high level of attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a tenacity and positive 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize with excellent time management skills
- Intermediate and advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
