Our Melbourne Head Office is now looking for Full time/ Part time Receptionist & admin assistant.

About the role
You will be the first point of contact to valued clients, answer phones, take and forward messages and organize meeting rooms.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position previous Receptionist experience is needed, along with:
Positive and professional attitude
Strong attention to details and focus on accuracy
Professional presentation and strong communication skills
Desire to grow and learn new skills
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and high attention to detail with Data Entry
Excellent written and verbal communications skills(both Chinese and English)
