工作介绍
1.负责各类办公文档、日常文书、资料整理及其他一般行政事务;
2.负责公司业务管理、接听电话和收发邮件、文档复印等工作;
3.协助经理完成公司行政事务工作及部门内部日常事务工作。
4.熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件,会借助互联网查找资料;
5.具有优秀的中英文口语,书写能力。英文吐字清楚,自信大方。
6.熟练使用各种办公自动化设备;
7.具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力,适应能力,善于学习,办事仔细认真并且有较强的责任心。
We are looking for a mature minded individual who is able to handle the Reception area with ease on every level.
Your duties will include:
Warm meet and greet of key stakeholders
Dealing with the ATO
Dealing with BAS and Tax Returns
Managing calls and queries quickly and efficiently
Managing meeting rooms
Keeping reception area and kitchen clean and presentable
Mail and couriers
Catering
All general tasks as directed
With excellent communication skills and a warm and welcoming nature you also need to possess a positive attitude, happy to take on any task, be proactive and be excellently presented.
As an asset to this company, you will have:
Basic Accounting experience
Proven reception experience
Intermediate MS Office skills
Confident, personable and approachable
Corporate presentation and excellent communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload
A mature and professional attitude
An ability to manage your time effectively
Experience managing switchboards
Previous experience in an Accounting practice and relevant software would be advantageous but is not essential to landing this great opportunity.
