一个资产过亿的澳大利亚农业产业投资公司正在招募一位财务会计。这个职位适合于持有CA或CPA证书，兼有在跨国经营的农商领域大展身手之雄心壮志人士。
工作地点在西澳东金伯利库努纳拉地区。

• 你的主要职责与责任
• 遵守国家财税法规和公司财务制度
• 协助上级公司制定本公司的财务预算和决策
• 负责编制本公司月度季度和年度资产负债表和损益报告
• 按会计法权责发生制的准则，审核业务运作流程并提供合理化建议。
• 负责所有费用的审核和支付
• 负责收入、成本的审核和收款和付款
• 及时和客户及供应商沟通和对账，并对应收、应付作分析。
• 核对库存的进、销、调、存的业务报表
• 根据业务预算做每月的资金预算表
• 及时递交税务申报表如GST
• 指导和督查财务薄记员工作
• 配合会计师做税务申报及审计报告
• 及时向上级公司CFO和本公司CEO递交财务报表和财务状况
• 协助本公司内各部门的运营，为公司发展创造更多价值
• 和财务有关的其他事项

你的入职条件
• 财会或经济专业的文凭认证
• 至少三年大公司的财务经理工作经历，或有四大或其他会计事务所工作经验优先考虑。
• 持有CA或CPA，或IPA认证，或正在攻读
• 能灵活运用各项法规，变通思维和处理各项财务问题
• 具备良好的业务沟通能力和团队合作精神
• 能够承受紧凑的工作压力和掌控时间节点的能力
• 需精通中文读、写和说

你的薪资和待遇
年薪约10万至12万澳币，公司提供养老金和带薪年休假，具体因人而异。

Financial Accountant
• Hands-on Financial Accountant role - highly visible

• Permanent opportunity; based in Kununurra Western Australia
A multi-million dollar privately owned Australian agricultural company in Western Australia is now looking to recruit a strong financial accountant. This role is ideal for a CA/CPA looking to take their next step into commercial role or expand previous experience in large complex organization. Working in Kununurra in East Kimberley and accommodation is provided.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Month end processes and reporting
• Accruals / Pre Payments / Intercompany Journals and Reconciliations
• Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss reporting
• Review Cash Flow
• Assisting in budgeting and forecasting
• Supervise Accounts Payable and Receivable
• All payroll related reporting
• Support the parent company CFO in a broad range of tasks
• An appetite to learn new skills, explore new opportunities and add value to the organization in general
• Adhoc duties as requested
To be successful in this position you will have:

• At least 3 years experience in large complex organization or first move out from Big4.
• CA/CPA or IPA qualified or currently completing
• Excellent attention to detail & problem solving capabilities
• Degree qualifications
• Drive and motivation to progress your career
• Impeccable presentation & communication skills
• Mandarin speaking preferred
• Great attention to detail
• Can working under tight deadline/pressures

Benefits
Salary on offer is around $100,000 - $120,000 plus super - flexible depending on the person. The company offers a fantastic culture of collaboration and learning, accommodation provided.
