【招聘～公司配车～四周带薪年假】物业租赁管理经理一名，负责租赁部门的业务管理。
能力要求：
需要有澳洲地产从业资格证书*，
有效澳洲驾照，会开车，
流利中英文，
具有团队精神和良好的沟通能力，
细心耐心，
基本电脑操作和软件运用能力。

工作内容：
Your typical day will involve the following key tasks:

PROPERTY MANAGER
• Liaising with Landlords
• Preparing Lease renewals
• Requesting quotes and placing work orders for maintenance
• Overseeing a portfolio of properties
• Compliance with the regulations
• Organize and attend Routine inspections
• Attend 'Open for Inspections'
• Monitor Arrears and notify Senior Property Manager
• Rental inquiry phone calls and emails
• Preparing Leasing documents and entry notices
• Time in Lieu for any Saturday work
