Ecommerce Associate

Jessica's Suitcase is a fast-growing ASX listed company with the head office based in Sydney and operation office in Shanghai . As a leader in the cross-border e-commerce industry, the business connects premium Australian brands with China's online shopping community through Chinese e- platforms.

POSITION PURPOSE

The Chinese e-commerce associate is responsible for both online and offline Chinese marketing activities in Australia. This role needs to deliver marketing materials and marketing campaigns that drive sales growth and company’s brand awareness.

The role will involve marketing and sales, with the particular focus on direct communication with Chinese largest cross-border platforms, such as Alibaba, JD, Koala, com, Jd etc., Daigou community and local trading company.

Your main duty:
Marketing Part:
Off-line Event Management Ability
Assisting in developing marketing & creative materials ;
Communicating with KOL and other social media agency;
Assisting Marketing Directors with managing marketing communications and campaigns;
Daily communication with Shanghai office to make sure products ongoing smoothly.

Procurement Part:
Dealing with order processing, order logistic arrangement.

Report direct to company Marketing Director and CEO.

Our ideal candidate will possess:
-Tertiary level qualification in marketing, business or commerce
-Strong demonstrated marketing experience in a dynamic environment
-Strong communication skills; verbal, written and face to face
-Professional and productive approach under pressure
-Experience managing multiple projects and campaigns
-Ability to work closely with brand marketing teams to ensure consistency in branded messages across markets
-Sound knowledge of digital marketing and Daigou market
-Ability to speak fluent Mandarin and read/write in simplified Chinese
-Ability to learn quickly, manage time effectively, and apply new tools and creative techniques.
-Experience in e-commerce marketing or digital marketing within the Chinese market
