We are one of Australia's leading suppliers of construction and building materials looking for experienced and hard-working Trade Counter personnel with strong self-motivation and professional attitudes to join our expanding business. As an experienced senior Customer Service staff member, you will be working in a lively and fast paced team environment where your time management skills, good natured and considerate character plus strong work ethics will make you a valued member of the team.

Duties for this role include:
• Processing customer orders using existing codes
• Generating customer order picking slips and tax invoices
• Assist customers with their enquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationship with customers
• Cash handling
• General office administration and clerical duties

The successful applicant must have the following:
• Minimum 3yrs trade counter or customer service experience
• Clear and concise thought process
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Talent to easily understand customer’s needs and problem solve for them
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent computer skills
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Building products knowledge will be an advantage
• Ability to speak a second language will also be an advantage

This is a full-time position that requires every second Saturday weekend work and is based in several Sydney locations (Alexandria, Lakemba, Pymble, Silverwater, South Granville and Yennora).
