Queens College Australia is located on 259 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
We are now hiring a Marketing and Administration officer. This position is an on-going position for the appropriate candidate.
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following proficiencies:
A demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
High level organizational, problem solving and customer service skills;
Excellent attention to detail,
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral to communicate with staff, students and overseas clients; and
Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines (under pressure).
Intermediate skills in MS suite of computer software (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word)
To be the right fit for this role, you are also expected to be:
- Very fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Punctual and efficient in work
- Ability to maintain a professional work relationship with college staffs and agents
- Willingness to always help colleagues
- Work experience as a receptionist or in hospitality industry is highly appreciated but not expected
