Our firm AHL Legal is a busy and expanding practice seeking energetic conveyancing clerks to join our offices in Melbourne CBD. It is the largest Chinese law firm in Australia. This is a great opportunity for those with a minimum 1 year experiences as conveyancing clerk and is a keen team player.

The role

Duties will include but not limited to:
- Managing individual files for conveyancing transactions, for the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties (both second hand and off-the-plan contract) in Victoria.
- Preparation and review of contracts
- Settlement preparation
- Managing files from initial enquiry to settlement
- Liaising with purchasers, banks, real estate agents, local authorities, as well as other AHL offices on a daily basis


The candidate
You will work autonomously with solid support and supervision from senior members of our team.

To be successful you will also need to demonstrate the following:
- Fluency in Chinese is essential
- MS Office proficiency;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with sound attention to details;
- Skills to deliver quality, timely and cost effective advice and solutions;
- Outstanding time management skills and ability to handle pressure;
- Ability to work well within a team and autonomously;
- Preferred understanding of LEAP
