Job Description
The Account Manager reports directly to the Business Director and the duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
1. Outreach various business firms to promote ConnectX media offerings and provide media solutions to business clients.
2. Conduct neutral and unbiased presentations, discussions, and panels with business partners and clients to improve their marketing knowledge.
3. Maintain and update an organized database, and contact relevant parties to schedule meetings.
4. Assist manager to plan and conduct marketing and advertising campaigns for clients.
5. Assist in the development of special projects, new initiatives, and outreach materials.
6. Perform tasks at the direction of Business Director and other executive staff regarding matters relevant.
Candidate Requirements
1. Bachelor graduation or equivalent and above.
2. At least one year experience in marketing, advertising, media or sales related to duties described above.
3. Demonstrated management, mentoring and client service experience.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, including professionalism, judgment and discretion.
5. Must be able to interface effectively with clients, build consensus, and be a self-starter with attention to details.
6. Marketing and/or business development experience is necessary.
7. Polished presentation and written/verbal communications skills in English.
8. A flexible schedule, to accommodate firm events, various deadlines and partners’ schedules, as overtime and extensive travel to other firm offices is required.
Preferred Skills: Bilingual proficiency (Prefer Chinese and English Bilingual).
