工作介绍
We're one of Australia's leading suppliers of construction and building materials looking for self-motivated Customer Service personnel with strong customer service skills and professional attitudes to join our expanding business. Hume is on the search for the next star Team Leader. Starting as a Customer Service staff member you will receive training and all the support you need to ensure you have the knowledge and experience to assist in organising the branch. This is a rare opportunity to join the team and be on the path for career progression from the start!
You will be working in a lively and fast paced team environment where your time management skills, helpful character and strong work ethics will make you a valued member of the team.
Duties for this role include:
Processing customer orders using existing codes
Generating customer order picking slips and tax invoices
Assist customers with their enquiries
Build and maintain strong relationship with customers
Cash handling
General office administration and clerical duties
The successful applicant must have the following:
Minimum 2yr trade counter or customer service experience
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent computer skills
Work independently with minimal supervision
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Building products knowledge will be an advantage
This is a full-time position that requires every second Saturday weekend work and is based in several Sydney locations (Alexandria, Lakemba, Pymble, Silverwater, South Granville and Yennora).
