275刀/周，不包括bills。bills跟另一个租客平摊，其实就只有water, hot water, electricity, internet bills, 平摊下来很少。因前租客回国，2021年1月份或2月份能入住的租客，免费提供全套家具（包括宜家Queen size 床➕床垫，床头柜，officework书桌➕电脑椅，四层抽屉柜），全是前租客2020年底搬进来的时候新买的。当然如果自带家具的话，也是可以提供空房间的。

另一个租客是刚毕业正在工作的女生，不抽烟，爱干净。希望也能找到一个整洁善良的女孩子一起合租。

There is now a sunny master bedroom for rent, with floor-to-ceiling Windows with a pleasant view of the four seasons and access to a large balcony. The brand-new modern apartment building is located in the very center of Hawthorn, 5 minutes walk from Swinburne University, next to the Glenferrie train Station and No. 16 tram. The location is super, super convenient.

$275 per week, not including bills. Split bills with another tenant.
